Booking details
The TaskFlow app displays details configured on booking level in the tab General in the Recreatex desktop application.

The configured booking information is displayed on the screen Bookings and Booking details of the TaskFlow application.

In case a booking is marked as optional in ReCreateX, and the booking filter Show optional bookings is enabled in TaskFlow, such bookings will show in the Bookings view of TaskFlow.
Employee permission to edit booked participants
It is possible that the employee can edit the number of participants for a booking. To do so, the permission Update participant count must be enabled from the employee card.

When an employee changes the number of participants, the booking amount is automatically calculated and updated accordingly.
