Filters for activities
Tap 
to organise the Activities view by applying various filters.

Sort by location
A - Z | Sorts the location listing on the Activities screen alphabetically from A to Z. |
Z - A | Sorts the location listing on the Activities screen alphabetically from Z to A. |
Sort by time
Ascending | Sorts the activities list within each location from beginning of the day towards the end of the day. |
Descending | Sorts the activities list within each location from the end of the day towards the beginning of the day. |
Filter
Locations | This parameter allows to define the places for which activities will be displayed on the Activities screen. On the Locations screen, a list of location is shown. Tap a location select it. Tap Reset on the upper-right corner to select all the locations in the list.ations for which activities will be displayed. |
Activity with my task | If this option is active, only those activities will be displayed that have tasks assigned to the logged in user. This option is deactivated by default, thereby displaying activities regardless of tasks assigned to the logged in user. |
Tap 
in the upper-right corner of the screen to save the made changes.
Note
Tap 
in the upper-right corner of the Refine screen to restore the filtering and sorting parameters to their original defaults.
