Employee persona
The TaskFlow application can be used by the following employee personas:
Planner persona
Users who are assigned one or more workgroup responsibilities at the employee level (General > Basic data > Employees > Settings > Working groups) in Recreatex are considered task planners.

A user with task planner persona can perform additional operations using TaskFlow, such as, add tasks, edit tasks, assign or re-assign tasks and delete tasks.
Operator persona
In case a user is not assigned workgroup responsibilities at the employee level in Recreatex, the user is considered an operator.
